1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Phantom Trader ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all users including free and paid subscribers. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Phantom Trader is a technical analysis and market signal platform that provides:

• AI-powered trading signals for cryptocurrencies, forex and commodities
• Market analysis tools and dashboards
• Trading education and learning resources
• Portfolio and journal tracking tools
• Telegram alert notifications
• Backtesting and analytical tools

3. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. All fees are in GBP and are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Redistribute or resell our signals without written permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AlphaX signal engine
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Share screenshots of paid signals publicly without permission

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Platform including the AlphaX engine, signal algorithms, educational content, and branding is the intellectual property of Phantom Trader. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.

7. NO FINANCIAL ADVICE

Phantom Trader provides informational and educational services only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice. We strongly recommend you read our full Risk Disclaimer before using any signals.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phantom Trader shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses incurred using our signals
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Inaccurate or delayed market data
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental damages

9. DATA AND PRIVACY

We collect and store minimal user data including your username, email address and subscription status. We do not sell your data to third parties. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe and we do not store payment card details.

10. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts due to terms violations.

11. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or third-party API failures may cause temporary service disruptions. No compensation is provided for downtime.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
